Is Pregnancy Safe While Having An ICT Titer Value Of 1.8?

My blood group is ab negative and my husband blood group o possitive now this is my 3Rd pragnancy and 1 baby is ok and second baby is no more that death time her age is 2.50 year by accidentally case and also she is not normal baby becOz her delivery time my ict is possitive and when is born her weight is 2.60 her 8 the last month delivered now I m 1.50 month pregnancy and my ict titre is 1.8 pls suggest me can I continue or I Abbot. And if I continue then what will be harm with child

You should continue your pregnancy there is inj anti d which helps to reduce hemorrhagic complication and yet we don't know whats the fetus blood group which you are carrying now so if you want you can have cord sampling which can help in it.
