General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your periods are 12 days late and you have had continuously negative pregnancy tests, very likely you are not pregnant.

To be completely sure you may have a visit with the doctor and have the BCHG level in blood checked. If this is normal then it is for sure you are not pregnant and very likely you will have your periods within the next couple of weeks.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
