Is Pressure In Head While Having Extreme Stress A Cause For Concern?

Me and my boyfriend got into a screaming fight a couple nights ago and it got bad to the point where he came in our room and got down on his knees and held his head because he said there was a lot of pressure.. Was it just a bad headache from the yelling or could it be something more?

Hi.

The heart can start pumping quite fast when in stress resulting in a raised pulse and blood pressure which can easily cause the headache. But all the screaming also does the same thing more or less, so I would say it would be best to avoid such steessful situations but as it is part of most relationships, also get him physically examined once every 3-6 months.

Best wishes.
