Is Preterm Labor Advisable While Having Decreased SGOT And SGPT Levels?

Hello Doctors, I wife is pregnant (35 weeks) second time and here SGOT, SGPT and Alkaline Phos comes down from 116 , 60 and 440 from 125, 88 and 565 respectively. my doctor, who is handling the case advised me to do the pre-delivery of 1 or 2 weeks. but i am worry about this. Please could you let me know is it good for my wife and baby.

I can understand your concern.
35 weeks is not considered as preterm.
So she can definitely deliver a baby at 35 weeks.
Since she is having altered liver enzymes, it is better to deliver at early stages because continuing pregnancy can further damage liver.
So better to follow her doctor's advice and go for delivery.
