Is Pricking Sensation In Chest And Arm A Cause For Concern?

Hi,My name is Anurag,38yrs of age.I feel a pinch on my left side of chest and a few areas of left arm last few days. Sometimes its stopped or if take any and I consulted a doctor where my TRIGLYCERIDES, SERUM is 257, by the doctor has given no medicine and said even my ecg and blood pressure is also normal. I know its high and have stopped smoking and reduced the oils and other fatty oils.Is this a very risky sign. Plz suggest. -Rgrds,

hi thanks for your question.... it may be a risk sign but as your ecg is normal there is no need to get more concerned...it can be simple muscular pain you can have some pain killers for it....
