Is Problable Left Ventricular With Cough Concerning?
i recently had a ecg which showed probable left ventricular I was told I was fine but I still experience the pain and symptoms which are worsening and now are associared with a cough can you help explain and what should I do??? I am 42 year old female
Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should consult cardiologist and get done 1. Stress test 2. 2D echo To rule out cardiac cause. As many times ECG can come normal or minimal changes. But actual cardiac damage is more than what see on ECG. You are also in perimenopausal age. In this age,the cardio protective effect of estrogen is decreasing. So women are at increased risk in this age group. So better to consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
