Hi, I am 43-year-old woman suffering from critical anal hemorrhoids for the past 3-4 months, I consulted my family doctor and he recommended Cremaffin Plus, but I have relief in the pain as long as I take this medicine. Once I stop taking this medicine the hemorrhoids aggravate with swelling and pain. I feel helpless without this medicine. Is prolonged use of this medicine recommended? Please guide me whether to stop this medicine or continue it and is surgery the permanent cure of this disease? If yes, what are the pros and cons of the surgery.
