Is Prostatomegaly Dangerous And Curable?

is prostatomegaly is dangerous and curable? and now im taking the madecine with the brand of OMNIC OCAS .4mg Tamsulosin HCI, Please give me an advise if this is the right medicine, and with the recent lab finding i have also a Prostatic Cyst and really Im worry for the result of the lab.Is this also dangerous?,hope Doctor you can give me a good advise... Thank you Doctor.

Hi. This is very important to know your age and the symptoms ( problems) you have.
A digital examination by a Urologist or a surgeon can feel the prostate to see if there is hardness, tenderness or mass. This needs a great evaluation by an ultrasound and / or MRI.
Whether this is causing any problem in urination/ sexual activities / have a constant pain?
Whether the condition is dangerous or not all depends upon your age, the clinical, radiological and histopathological diagnosis.
Please elucidate more on all these points for me to help you the best.
A small cyst is never a problem,
