Hi i am a 62 yearold male andmy report is as follows: 1)Grade 2 prostatomegaly with median lobe enlargement 2)Small gall bladder polyp of 3mm 3)5mm calculi in right kidney 4)post void bladder residue measuring 82cc paraaortic and pericaval areas are normal.. no lymphadenopathy
kindly advise me on the medication and treatment for theabove problems
Hi 2) Gallbladder polyp usually do not need treatment unless symptoms occur. 3) 5 mm stone in right kidney do not require treatment - however the size and position need to be confirmed by CT scan and need further tests- urine routine, serum creatinine, calcium and uric acid levels. 1) and 4) Depends whether you have symptoms like difficulty or frequent urination - If so you need further tests like PSA, uroflowmetry to decide on optimal treatment- initially it will be in the form of tablets.
