Is Pus Cells 3-4/hpf, Epithelial Cells 5-6, Fibres: Present/hpf Shown In Stool Analysis Of Infant Mean?

Need suggestion on my 4month kids stool analysis report:

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

COLOUR : Yellowish

CONSISTENCY : Liquid

MUCUS : Absent

OCCULT BLOOD : Absent

PARASITES : Absent

CHEMICAL EXAMINATION

PH : Acidic

FAT GLOBULES : Absent

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION

STOOL RBC : Absent /hpf

PUS CELLS : 3-4 /hpf

EPITHELIAL CELLS : 5-6

OVA / FIBRES : Absent

VEG. CELLS / FIBRES : Present /hpf

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of stool examination is as follows:
The physical characters- color, consistency and pH are within normal limits.

Presence of pus cells in stools is suggestive of infection, inflammatory bowel disease, abscess or fistula.
However, infection is the most common possibility in a child.
Absence of fat globules, occult blood, mucus and red blood cells in stool rules out all other disorders like absorption or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.
