Is Radiation Treatment Right After A Mastectomy Advisable?
How bad is it to have radiation treatments right after having mastectomy. I was told it would be better not to have implant at time of mastectomy. Been through chemo. Stopped last treatment because heart function was affected. I am 70 years old, and 195 lbs.

it all depends on stage of your disease and advise of chemotherapist. if mastectomy is complete then nothing more is required. idea is complete cure and all cancer cells removed and chance of metastasis will be not there
