Hi, Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your cystic lesion. As per your history you seems to have recurrent cystic lesion. Some of the cysts have high recurrent rate as compared to other or sometimes there remains a residual tissue which leads to recurrency. As the lesion needs surgical intervention home remedies may not work in this case, certain drugs like may help locally but the efficacy is too low to be counted. You need to visit dermatologist and get it removed, also take a histopathology report of the tissue too, because sometimes simple cystic appearing tissue may be dangerous too.
