Is Redness Of Cheeks Ear & Stomach During Fever Common In Children?

Hi....my grandson had a fever last night so I kept his fever down with a cool cloth...this morning he is a lot better however he is red and hot on his cheeks...behind his ears and under his neck on his back and a litte on his stomach....he seems fine...is there anything to worry about
