Hi
Based on the history you seem to have abnormal menstrual bleeding or menorrhagia resulting in anemia. It is suggestive of dysfunctional uterine bleeding which could be due some underlying hormonal imbalance, hormonal disorders like thyroid disease, stress, diseases of the ovaries or uterus.
You need to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and certain lab tests such as CBC, FSH, LH, Prolactin levels, thyroid function tests, an abdominal ultrasound scan to detect the underlying cause.

Hope this will help you.
