Is Rigorous Exercise Recommended With Zero Calcium Level In Blood?

I am a 56 year old male. i am 5'10", 170 lbs. I have BP of 100/70 and cholesterol of 169. I am extremely active. I was getting routine calcium CT test (I had zero calcium) but they measured my ascending aorta at 4.2. can I continue rigorous exercise?
