hi Dr. P V S Prasad. i think i have ringworm on my chest and it starting to spread. i treat it with katialis and i think it does not work for me. my main concern is my one year old son and i think he started to have rashes too in his neck and cheeks, can ringworm be infectious? is katialis also safe to my baby?..
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Ringworm is highly contagious, and it spreads easily from person to person. I suggest to use an anti fungal medication such as Clotrimazole cream for local application. I also recommend a good hygiene.
Hope my answer was helpful.
