weight loss in over all body and help enhance proper blood circulation to reach all parts of body to keep you remain fit and fine .
So , Don't go by hearsay . Start your regime ASAP . Do it regularly for a moderate time ,say -for 5 minutes to start with Keep breathing rythm normal .
Don't over do . Increase gradually ..Take gap in between ,Deep breathing will give you relaxation . Then can start again .
Do any workout , empty stomach
If your diet is dense with fat, cut it down by consuming fruits and leafy vegetables that are full of nutrients and have little tolerance to fat. Besides, they are yummy.
Keep yourself hydrated
Avoid fast foods , cookies, chips, ice cream and fast food etc items in between your meals.
