Hello
Let me explain about rosacea :It is characterized by presence of erythema, telangiectases and superficial pustules ,but is not associated with the presence of comedones.
While in HIV there are mile degree fever,
pharyngitis ,
lymphadenopathy, headachere /retro-ortbital pain, arthralgia/myalgias, lethragy/malaise, anorexia/
weight loss, nausea,vomiting/diarrhea.
Mucocutaneous ulceration with coating on tongue , erythmatous maculopappular rash.
However few of these symptoms , you are also having but this is not an indication of HIV infection.
Now on the main point of CONTACT with a girl ( according to your history of illness).
You mentioned that you kissed deeply with mutual
masturbation ( with hands ) .
First of all about the kissing.
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals, there is NO CONVINCING EVIDENCE that saliva can transmit infection either through kissing in any way .
In your case saliva played major role and salivary secretions contains endogenous
ANTIVIRAL FACTORS i.e. so no chance of getting HIV infection.
Now about masturbation , if you introduced your finger in her vagina ,and she was HIV infected , you may got infection (HIV ) if your fingers were having cut .
So get in rapid test for HIV confirmation.
Good luck.
