Is Semen Amount Of 75 Million Normal ?
I had semen analysis and the doctor said I had 12million/ml and total was 75 million. I was told that the concentration should be greater than 20million/ml but the total is good. I don t understand if this is normal or not. All the other parameters are normal

The total sperm count is not important.The count of the healthy mobile sperms is very important.This count seems to be 12million in you but as your doctor stated 20 million is optimum count needed for the fertility.
