Hello and welcome to HCM,

Semen analysis consists of physical, chemical and microscopic parameters.
Semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm morphology are some of the important parameters.
Motility of sperms is of three types according to latest WHO guidelines:
Type A: Rapid progressive forward motion.
Type B: Sluggish progressive forward motion.
Type C: Immotile sperms

Atleast 40% sperms should have type A and type B motility.
Atleast 32% sperms should have type A motility.

In your test report, the required parameters are not fulfilled.
I would advice you to get the semen analysis repeated after 2-3 weeks after abstinence of 3 days.
After getting the test thrice, a final diagnosis can be made.
Kindly, post all the parameters again for interpretation.

Thanks and take care
