Is Sensitive Spot On Skin After Taking Pneumovax Injection A Concern?
I had a Pneumovax 23 injection a week ago. The area of the injection was sore for two days, and there were no other side effects. But I still occasionally feel the spot where I had the injection, although I can t see anything on my skin. Is this something I should be concerned about? I m 66.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a normal side effect of the injection.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication to reduce inflammation such as Ibuprofen.
I also recommend using cool compresses for relief.
