Is Severe Chronic Fatigue A Symptom Of Psoriatic Arthritis And Hashimoto S Disease?

Hi, I am a 50 year old female and have been dealing with excessive fatigue on a daily basis. I basically fall asleep at my desk at work and have a hard time staying awake. I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and Hashimoto s disease along with a under active thyroid. Are these two diagnosis causing the excessive fatigue, or do you think it is caused by something else?

Hi,
Underactive thyroid can lead to increased sleepiness so get your thyroid function test done and in case of raised serum TSH levels, you might need to increase thyroxine dose.
