Is Severe Mood Swings A Symptom Of Bipolar Disorder?

i have been seeing a man that appears to be bipolar for 11/2 years.ad recently broke up with him. he is very controlling and appears to be manipulative, also retries to micromanage me. lately his moods have been fluctuating dramatically. he is either very loving affectionate and caring. this can change in a mater of seconds. he is very amorous telling me he loves me, and his eyes appear to genuinely demonstrate his love for me. yesterday he was helping me with the washing, cooking cleaning. and we went to retire a video. i asked him very quietly and politely if he could but my window up on the passenger side of the car, because i was cold. he started shooting at me that it wast cold and completely lose control he said it wasn t cold and got so angry for asking him. this escalated into full argument. i feel like he is two different people. is this bipolar. its been happening all the time lately/

Hello,

It can be a part of bipolar disorder. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit. Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. Antidepressants will be the treatment of choice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
