Is Sharp Pain In Back, Neck And Chest While Having Cough A Cause For Concern?
Well ive been sick with a bad cough and conjestion but lastnight out of nowhere a sharp pain hit me n my top left shoulder and got worse by radiating to my back, chest, up my neck, and on my side n pelvic area....it was so painful and this morning i woke up and the pain is still n my top left shoulder and hurts worse when i bend over or take a breath

It could be due to muscle strain due to continuous coughing. Coughing puts pressure onyour back muscles, that leads to strain. So don't worry, you can take pain killers (ibuprofen 600mg), muscle relaxrelaxants (chlorzoxazone) and heat therapy. Also take treatment for your cough after testing sputum as you have cough for long time now.
