Is Sharp Pain Near Cheek And Nose After Novacaine Injection A Complication Of The Injection?
I had a bunch of shots of novacaine 4 days ago on one side of my mouth, it has all warn off except if I "scrunch my face up" (so to speak) I have instant pain in one spot, on that side, where my cheekbone meets my jaw and nose, a sharp pain. Is this from an errant novacaine shot gone bad??

The sharp pain can be due to shots of novacaine.
I would advice you to wait for 4 days more and check whether there is relief from pain.
Chances of nerve damage on a single spot is high.
Frequent cold packs has to be applied on the affected area.
Please do consult your dentist if symptoms persists.
