Is She Having An Allergic Reaction ?
my 16 month daughter sweated a lot last night and this morning I found little pink bumps on her in several places but its in the middle of winter, so heat rash has been taken out, but she did have nutella last night for the first time

the symptoms you are giving goes more in favour of an allergy,
this however does not rule out infections causing similar rashes like chicken pox etc...
the presentation favours more allergy than infection cause infection appears in a specific way and is usually preceded by fever.
it looks like your daughter is allergic to nuts.
avoid nut. if her symptoms persist or she develops new symptoms take her to a near by hospital or consult a pediatrician for the same.
allergies can be very dangerous so do consult a medical facility if you feel her symptoms are worsening.
