General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The shingles vaccine is recommended for adults aged older than 50 years.

The vaccine may not be suitable for patients with immunodeficiency, so in my opinion you should not get the vaccine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
