Is Short Term Exposure To Mold A Concern?

Hi, I think I might have been living with a small amount of mold on my roof above where I sleep, and in my bathroom, I have just found a small Mushroom cluster in the corner of my bathroom as well, and How could these spores have affected me in the, I think, few months that I ve lived with this, Long-Term and short-term please, I can email pictures as well from my phone if need be.
