General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to an allergic reaction to ciprogyl.
I suggest to use a steroid cream for local application such as Betametasone cream.
I also suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
If the symptoms continue, or if he has breathing difficulties you should consult your doctor for an alternative treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
