Is Slightly Raised Leukocytes In Urine Normal?

Hi I am 35years of age, male, healty,5feet 10 inches of hight. 20 days ago there was blood in my urine then I drank plenty of water and blood stoped. Now after 20 days, In urine test my Leucocytes were found 6-8 /HPF and Red Cells 1-3. Is it normal? My Doctor said drink plenty of water It is normal.
