Is Slow Walking Advisable For A Person Suffering With Acute Hepatitis?
Hi doctor. I am suffering from acute hepatitis since 7 days. My bilirubin level was 2.4 mg/dl. SGPT was 584.0 U/L and SGOT was 242.0 U/L. Since then I am taking bed rest. I would like to know can i sit on the chair to use computer? Can I walk in the house?
Hello dear, If you are feeling tiredness and dizziness then you should take rest. But if you are felling well, no problem in sitting and walking. Slight walking release endorphin that make you energetic, improve your metabolism and you feel energetic. Repeat test for billirubin to know the progress. Drink double distilled water. Avoid outside food. Take healthy diet (fruits, milk, whole grain)
Hope this may help you. Wish you good health
Best regards Dr. Sagar
