Understanding your concern. As per your query you have lump on the triceps . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like neurofibromatosis , rheumatic fever , ganglion , lipoma or sebaceous cyst . I would suggest you to apply warm compresses , apply petroleum jelly and over the counter antibiotic cream . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may examine physically , take sample for lab test and order blood test . Doctor may recommend liposuction for lipoma , surgical extraction , prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory or anti allergic .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
