Is Small Red Dots On Penis Head Sign Of STD?

Alright so I've had sexual intercourse at least 6 times without a condom :/

The first two times my girlfriend and I were virgins and totally clean, the next two times I was with someone that was clean, and she was on birth control. The next girlfriend now is clean and I believe I am too.

My only concern is this:

I have small tiny 3 red dots on the penis head, and my shaft seems like some skin has been peeled off, and there's a dark red patch there. Do you think I have an std? And knowing that the std clinic is closed for holidays, do you think that the hospital or walk in clinic doctor office will help diagnose it?
