Is Smoking Marijuana Safe While Suffering From High Muscle Enzymes?

My was dehydrated, with high muscle enzymes over 3000. He been in the hospital for 5 days so far, giving him lots of fluids daily. Will smoking weed cause him to have more problems, as he smoke it daily. What can I do to help him stay healthy when he leave the hospital?
