Is Smoking Of Marijuana And Tobacco Advisable For A Anaemic Person?

Is it okay if I smoke marijiana and tobacco while being anaemic? I have an iron defiency and I ve been getting very light headed, my eyes roll back and I feel like I m going to faint but it goes away.. My chest and heart have been very tense and irregularly beating since last night. What should I do? Are these things happening because i have anemia or because of smoking?

I really appreciate your concern, narcotic is not good for health least concern with anemia, it is not the criteria whether anemic or not but better to stop this, your symptoms could be this only, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
