i have been treated for vertigo (bppv) for the past 2 weeks and it is still symptomatic. Today I feel soreness behind my left eye, could this be of an indication of something other than vertigo? I am frustrated because the vertigo has gone on for so long. I have had vertigo 3 times before and the incidents have come on quickly and were gone in a very short time 1=2 days. I have been to Urgent Care twice in the past week.
Your symptoms do not seem to be related to the BPPV. The soreness behind the left eye could be related to a viral infection or an eye local infection. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a ophthalmologist for a physical exam.
