Is Spotting A Sign Of Implantation?

I got implanon on March 21, 2014 and my cycle is usually 29 days long. It had been 34 days and still no period. I have had unprotected sex. Today I began to notice a very light, light pink discharge. Is this my period or could this be implantation bleeding? What are the chances of me being pregnant?
