Is Spotting , Brown Discharge, Cramps And Lower Back Pain Normal After C-section?
I had my second child a little over 3 months ago through c section and I exclusively breastfeed. for about 5 days ago I have been getting very light bright red spotting that turns into brown discharge after a few minutes. at the beginning I was cramping, getting a little bit of lower back pain, and some diarrhea. is this normal?

Hello,
It is not related to Caesarean section. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan to rule out possible causes like the pelvic collection.
