Hi welcome to HCM. Your wife currently showing a late staged disease with bony involvement. So far she has received a right treatment for her disease. In order to improve from here on Stem cell replacement seems to be the only existing right option. This has potential curative aspects ,but it is specifically indicated in limited set of individuals.HLA compatibility is a requirement for this transfusion.Consult your doctor for further care. Thank you
