Is Steroid Injection Safe While Breast Feeding?
I have to have a cervical epidural steroid injection in my neck I am still breast feeding my son - he is 15 months old and feeds about 5 times a day. Will the injection be safe for him the list of medication they will be giving me is as follows: Dexamethasone 10mg Isovue 1cc Lidocaine up to 10cc

Yes, it's safe to breastfeed your baby with these medications. But incidently five brast feed at 15 months of age is on the higher side. what he needs now is more of your regular family diet.
