IHD is major problem now a days n Tx for it is challenge Bcs most of drug are having drug interaction or they may have side effects that cause trouble in Tx... as patient with IHD are using drugs like aspirin that can cause gastritis n pain in stomach that lead to symptoms u having.. if u were my patient I would like ask is it come after the med u started for IHD/ angioplasty or u have it before , pain inc / Dec with food , will do some test ESP H pylori Bcs most of time it is culprit causing this prob ... after ruling out will be manage accordingly ... pantoprazole can be use if only having drug induced PUD n need to stop aspirin n consult ur cardiologist about it so he can change drug ...
