Fast
heart rate during any kind of exercise or exertion is not a problem unless u have symptoms like
chest pain, light headedness, loss of conciousness,
syncope or any other features like that. If u r not experiencing any of these symptoms then u can safely contibue doing exercises.
Excercises are always good for ur general health and i suggest u doing that at least 30 mins per day for 5 days a week
