Is Surgery Mandatory For Fibroid Removal In Uterus?

Diagnosed with Intramural Fibroid.5.8*5.3.*6.4 cm on the anterior wall of the upper uterine segment.
Doppler study reveals internal vascularity of the fibroids.
Bulky Uterus . Retroverted 10 *8 cm. Ovaries normal
Less semen count for Husband as well.
2 Failed IUI Cycles..Is surgery Mandatory for Fibroid removal?
Or should we try IVF?

first of all you had not mentioned your age. but according to the question , you are seeking child means you are at younger age.For carrying foetus there should be enough space in the uterus otherwise it may be aborted. so instead of ivf first you should concentrate on fibroid removal. better to go for laparoscopic surgery, after that you can go for ivf because your husband had low sperm count. all the best
