Is Surgery Advisable For Benign Inverted Papilloma?
I ve been diagnosed with benign inverted papilloma. I ve already had 3 surgeries in 4 months, with sinus issues. Found out with pathology. I have Health Insurance, but with so many surgery s I can t afford another one. Can I wait 6 months, so I can pay for it?
The treatment for inverted papilloma is surgery. It is important to go to an experienced surgeon because if not removed completely, inverted papillomas have a high rate of recurrence. Surgical resection is typically performed endoscopically. You can wait six months for the surgery.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
