Is Surgery Advisable For Compression Fracture?

I have an injury from a compression fracture 6 years ago. I never had surgery but was in a brace for 6 months. I have had a lot of pain and it gets worst over the years. I can do less and less because of the pain. Now I have passed out completely when it got real severe and I could not stop. The ER did ever test in the book, heart MRI to check for reenjury and found nothing. I hear there is a treatment where they put something like glue in the spine and stops the pain instantly. I have people who testafy they had it; one is a daughter in DC. Can you give more information on this surgery and doctors who might do it in my area (southeast of Dallas, TX)c
