Is Surgery Essential Based On This MRI Report?

I have several tears in my right ankle I got my mri results back today and it says I have a Type I tear of the peroneus longus tendon and a Type I tear of the Achilles tendon with longitudinal splitting or mucinous degeneration and no visualization of the calcaneofibular ligament, presumably torn then focal thickening of the plantar fascia and mild edema in the distal fibula and proximal cuboid my question is does that mean I have to have surgery to fix all of that?
