Hello Doctor i have Hypokalemia and was told that i need to have surgery to remove a mass on my adrenal gland . ihave been having leg, shoulder cramps for days at a time. what do you think? my Doctor told me to drink tonic water it did not help please help p.s i also have diabetes, high blood pressure

I think surgery to remove the adrenal mass is essential to treat your symptoms. There is no way to treat it with medications.
