Is Surgery Necessary For Hemorrhoids II Stage?
I have hemorrhoids and fissures problem since 10 days onwards, I have consulted doctor and taken medicine. He mentioned Hemorroids II stage and adviced for surgery after 3 weeks. I have taken antiboitcs. This is first time got. Please best treatment. is it necessary for surgery?

Surgery is not always indicated for grade 2 hemorrhoids.
Trial of conservative medical management is worth a try.
Consumption of plenty of oral fluids, high fiber diet , hot seitz bath and local hemorrhoidal ointment will be beneficial.
If the bleeding persists inspite of these measures, surgery should be considered
