Is Surgery Necessary For Kidney Stones And Myometrium Cysts?

About a month ago I went to my urologist for what I thought was kidney stones, s/s included severe flank pain, polyuria, blood in urine, extreme fatigue. CT scan showed that I had an ovarian cyst rupture. I was than told to follow up with my obgyn, I had a vaginal ultra sound which showed a myometrium cyst, enlarged uterus and 2 other cysts on my right ovary..I was now told I need to have an MRI. Just wondering what are some things to expect as far as possible surgery or treatment options

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the uterine lesions are concern it is necessary to get done the MRI study just to rule out the differential diagnosis, some time it may need biopsy too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
