Is Surgery Needed For Diaphragmatic Hernia And Antral Gastritis?
Sir, I have done two endoscopy two months earlier one report shows diaphgramatic hernia and another shows LAX LES and Antral Gastritis. and i am taking medicines for the last 3 months but the problem is not solved. so do i have to take medicines for life time or for some more time or it requires surgery???
it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. gastritis may be managed conservatively. but the diaphragmatic hernia may need thorough examination and evaluation, as this condition may cause other symptoms (related to gastrointestinal and pulmonary symptoms) and progress eventually. diagnostics and management (surgical repair of diaphragmatic hernia) will be advised and directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
